Job Description & Location:

The job requirements for the Tier 2 coordination for commercial systems are as follows:

Initial managed service needs include, but are not limited to:

– Liaise with the Customer as focal point for all incidents reported. Manage and drive third parties to the quick resolution of incidents. Use Escalation matrix appropriately to get appropriate level of focus from technical teams and management. Act as the escalation point for miss-routed tickets and lack of issue resolution.

– Drive end-to-end incident resolution and change management

Days Dedicated Onsite Working Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM –6:00 PM On call for critical incidents

Saturday – Sunday On call for critical incidents
